Arnaldo Jimenez, MD was born and raised in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Dr. Jimenez attended the University of Puerto Rico were he graduated with a BS in pre medicine. He earned his medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
After completing medical school Dr. Jimenez moved to Elizabeth, NJ to do his residency at Trinitas Hospital, part of the Seton Hall Post Graduate Medical Program. He served as the Chief Resident before beginning his Gastroenterology Fellowship at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Patterson, NJ.
In 2000, Dr. Jimenez opened his own practice in Elizabeth, NJ. He maintained a very successful practice in New Jersey for 14 years prior to selling his practice and moving to Georgia. Dr. Jimenez opened his main office in Buford, GA in April 2014. He also has a satellite office in Alpharetta, GA. Dr. Jimenez has privileges at Northside Hospital Forsyth in Cumming and at the hospital surgery centers at Haw Creek Pkwy in Cumming and Old Milton Pkwy in Alpharetta.
Dr. Jimenez resides in Milton, GA with his wife and five children. In his free time he enjoys boxing, basketball and spending time with his family.
